INSTRUCCIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

 

RETURNS TO BE MADE EFFECTIVE:

- With the product in perfect condition (unused and without damage).

- In its original packaging.

- Within 30 days from the day you receive the order at home.

  

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO MAKE THE RETURN:

1. - Select the items you want to return and communicate it to info@genniashoes.com indicating the reason for your return. A then we will send you a prepaid label and instructions to return the package.   

 

2.- Pack the products to be returned, including within the package the order form.

 

3.- As soon as we receive the package and verify that everything is correct you will receive the amount of the return in the same means of payment in which you made the purchase. The refund can take up to 15 days depending on your bank.
