We make your size
At Gennia we believe in the diversity of women and that is why we create beautiful shoes from size 33 to 45. For all types of people and feet. Because, what difference does it make if someone is sized to look good in shoes?
We'll explain how to do it:
First tell us your size
At Gennia we advise you to choose the size that you usually use. But if you have doubts, do not hesitate to consult us without obligation or compare your measurements in our size guide.
Choose your model and place your order
Once you know the exact size just choose the shoe you like most from our collection. Send us an email to info@genniashoes.com with your pair, the size you want us to make and your personal details: full name, shipping address and contact phone number.
Once we receive your email, we will send you the invoice and the account number in which to make the deposit.
We get down to work
Making all the above and once we receive your income and a confirmation from us, we start working on your shoes. It is an exclusive and handmade manufacture, so it will take a little more time, but quiet, in a maximum of 15 days you will have your Gennia at home. We will let you know when your shoes leave our factory and you will be ready to receive them.
If once received the product, the size is not adequate or you are not satisfied with the product you can make a change of size or return.
